I’m not sleeping . I can't focus. I think I might have dementia.

Why Brain Fog Occurs in Menopause

Hormonal changes during midlife affect neurotransmitters involved in attention and memory.

Scope of Support

This work is designed as coaching and education. It is not  medical care.

I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe in this setting, and this work does not replace care from your primary provider or specialist. The focus is on helping you understand what you are experiencing, to think clearly about your options, and supporting you as you develop your own plan that you feel inspires confidence and supports your health and well-being.

For women seeking a more integrated approach, a hybrid model may be available and I may function in a clinical role as a nurse practitioner, which includes medical evaluation and management. This option is only available to individuals residing in Arizona.

If you are unsure which approach is appropriate, we can discuss this during an initial conversation.
